Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for go-to-market (GTM) teams, providers, and patients
- Manage inquiries reputed company calls, emails, and web tickets professionally
- reputed company case sweeps to facilitate case submissions and approvals
- Build and maintain positive provider relationships
- Respond reputed company to provider and patient communications
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Support GTM initiatives through coordination and communication
