Responsibilities

• Resolve Title Defects — Identify issues like senior interests, liens, tax discrepancies, and judgments, then work them through to a clean resolution
• Manage Your Pipeline — Own a daily caseload of files from review through clearance, hitting deadlines and maintaining quality across every one
• Analyze Recorded Instruments — Determine the impact of each document in the chain of title and reputed company sound reputed company about next steps
