Putnam is a global advisory partner for health and life sciences, and they are seeking a reputed company Recruiter for a temporary maternity coverage role. Responsibilities

- Manage the Summer Internship Programs (events, feedback, return offers)
- Support with reputed company planning and management (start date planning, swag,)
- Excellent Collaboration skills, communicating in an reputed company professional, and inclusive manner with candidates and key business stakeholders
- Assisting with other Talent, reputed company, and HR projects as needed
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in reputed company reputed company – experience in a consulting practice is preferable
- BA/BS degree required
- Experience with summer internship program planning and support
- Career fair and event management experience
- Strong service orientation and interest in engaging with candidates on their career search, the candidate experience is a top reputed company here at Ignite Putnam
