[Remote] Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. CoralTree Hospitality is a growing Hospitality Management Company seeking a Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist. The role involves managing Accounts Payable responsibilities such as invoice processing, data entry, and month-end closing for multiple entities, along with special projects like general ledger reconciliation and audit responses.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and organizing invoices reputed company multiple sources
- GL coding and review
- Data entry
- reputed company printing/payment processing
- Statement reconciliation
- Reporting
- Month-end closing processes
- Special AP projects, including, but not limited to: Pre-opening and transition invoice processing for new properties
- Balance sheet reconciliation and research
- AP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entity
Skills
- High School Graduate
- reputed company/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processing
- reputed company in English, both verbal and non-verbal
- reputed company to reputed company and follow professional communication and directions and work independently
- reputed company to prioritize; work must be timely and accurate
- Proficient with 10 Key
- Proficient with reputed company reputed company, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Extended time working at a computer and sitting at a desk
- General Ledger experience
