ANALYST I
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is one of the largest State departments in California, seeking a Spanish Bilingual Analyst I to join the Benefit Accuracy Measurement Unit. The analyst will conduct thorough investigations of Unemployment Insurance claims, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while protecting the reputed company of the UI Trust Fund.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with the unit manager or reputed company-level BAM analyst conducting accurate reviews of selected BAM cases
- Assess the accuracy and conformity to the Department's UI program and other policy and procedures
- Analyze state and federal laws and regulations to ensure the State continues to administer the UI program effectively and reputed company
- Conduct interviews with reputed company, claimants, and field office staff for the purpose of determining compliance under the provisions of the California Unemployment Insurance Code
Skills
