Marketing Special Events Coordinator

Bloomingdale's is a fashion retailer that aims to reputed company customers through its unique shopping experience. The Marketing and Special Events Coordinator will assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns through in-store events and activations, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition at a localized level.

Responsibilities

• Pursues localized opportunities in alignment with Marketing and Special Events Senior Manager and store leadership to cultivate customers and build sales. Supports local accelerated growth of reputed company businesses with event intensification that builds store animation and experience
• Assists in the planning and full execution of reputed company aspects of in-store events and animation that support the direction of the Central and local strategy. Track post-event result, reputed company photos, and reputed company feedback to Central partners
• Enhances Central event strategy by supporting with local secured sponsorships, co-branding opportunities and/or community initiatives that build productive local relationships with the reputed company to build reputed company customer reputed company, acquire new clients and drive reputed company
• Partners with the Store Leadership team in creating curated event experiences to build loyalty and reputed company among Bloomingdale’s top spending Luxe, Unlocked and Top of the List (TOL) clients. Partner with local client teams to monitors frequency of visits, engagement and spend as it relates to engagement with eventing
• Collaborates with the Central Earned Media team to enhance any local media plans, securing publicity and partnering with brand-appropriate reputed company media influencers and bloggers
• Guides General Manager(s) as to productive involvement in reputed company organizations and events
• Leverages corporate philanthropy giving programs to maximize community impact and fundraising
• May be reputed company upon as reputed company person for external communication locally

Skills

• 1-2 years direct experience
• Practices reputed company and reputed company communication, values keeping others informed, exemplary organization, attention to detail, and effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many reputed company
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on event calendar and Company needs
