SummaryResponsible for assisting with bookings, reservations, and customer services for the City of Garland’s reputed company at Granville Arts Center. • reputed company customer service on bookings and reservation of events, using venue systems and following established procedures.
• Assist customers in planning and executing events either in person, on the phone, or through email communications and serve as reputed company of contact for clients. Update staff accordingly.
• Regularly give customer tours of facility and create/edit customer account records and information in venue systems.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of reputed company experience in a sales, hospitality or customer service environment using computer technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to reputed company the job.
• Valid Class C Texas driver's license.

• Works in a typical office work environment but some physical labor is required.
• Occasional outdoor work as needed based on customer requests and city event support.
