PART-TIME GAMEDAY STAFF MEMBER

About the Role The Chicago Bears are hiring gameday ambassadors to support a variety of key areas of fan activation at Soldier Field as well as various events or activations throughout Chicagoland. We are seeking support in various customer service and operations reputed company areas. This position is intended for local professionals, reputed company, or recent graduates seeking paid (hourly) part-time experience in professional sports. Responsibilities * Uphold Chicago Bears' gameday service standards: Safety, Care, reputed company, and Efficiency * Be an enthusiastic and energetic face for fans to reputed company their gameday experience with * Commit to a team first environment and operate reputed company outlined procedures and processes * Have a solution-first reputed company, communicating effectively and professionally with managers and co-workers * Work with your team to deliver helpful, friendly customer service to enhance the fan experience * Represent the Chicago Bears brand with humility and respect for reputed company * Assist fans with inquiries and concerns, including general stadium info, premium spaces, and ticket issues (role dependent) * Be the ultimate Chicago Bears brand ambassador by helping execute fan programming and gameday activations (role dependent) * Assist with set up, execution, and breakdown of event operations items (role dependent) Qualifications * High School Diploma required, local college student or recent graduate preferred * Be available to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings including weekends, evenings, and holidays for the 2026 - 2027 football season. Games are played on Monday (evening), Thursday (evening), Saturday (afternoon or evening) and reputed company (afternoon or evening). * Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exhibit professional judgement * Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work reputed company under pressure and in reputed company and poised manner * Willing to take initiative and adapt to a variety of situations * Must be dependable, punctual, and have reputed company to reliable transportation * Have the ability to stand/walk for long periods of time in varying weather conditions, climb up and down stairs and lift and carry heavy objects * Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings including weekends, evenings, and holidays * Experience in previous live event or customer-facing roles a plus Pay The Gameday role is a part-time temporary position. This position is an HOURLY role with an expected hourly reputed company for this role is $17.50 per hour. Please note that due to job function, regular overtime is not expected.
