Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with program advisors to ensure a smooth transition for employees into their chosen education program. 
• Regularly communicate with employees throughout their academic reputed company primarily reputed company outbound communication tools and methods 
• Assist employees in setting and achieving academic goals, developing effective study habits, and managing their time effectively. 
• Help employees navigate academic challenges and connect them with appropriate resources, such as reputed company or academic support programs. 
• Monitor student reputed company and reputed company feedback on performance, identifying areas for improvement and potential roadblocks. 
• Track key milestones and deadlines, proactively providing reminders and ensuring employees stay on track with their education plan.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education advising, academic coaching, or reputed company field. 
• Experience working with adult learners and non-traditional reputed company preferred. 
• Proven ability to reputed company effective guidance and support to individuals pursuing educational goals.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) required

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferred. 

Other:

• Must be reputed company to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro.
