In Home Clinician - Community Based - Worcester/Charlton
Are you a dedicated clinician reputed company to reputed company a difference with a flexible, independent schedule? The Wayside Youth & Family Support Network in Charlton is looking for passionate In-Home Clinicians with a master's degree in mental health counseling, reputed company work, or reputed company field.
This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations requires a completed master's degree in mental health counseling, reputed company work or reputed company field.
Salary reputed company: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time). What you will do:- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using trauma informed and culturally reputed company interventions for youth and their families.
- Assist caregivers in navigating systems, to promote their awareness of resources and reputed company to supports.
- reputed company caregivers with skills and strategies to support their child’s behavioral health needs.
- Create care plans and interventions to support reputed company-based growth for clients.
- Promote and strengthen family’s natural supports to foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the child, parents, and other providers to ensure reputed company collaboration and coordination of care.
- Ensure that client’s rights are respected, particularly in regard to cultural competency.
- Collaborate with other community-based organizations to reputed company services and care for clients.

- Strong communication skills –both written and verbal.
- Ability to assess and manage risk.
- Flexibility, creative thinking, and adapt to competing priorities.
- Masters Degree in reputed company Work, Mental Health Counseling or reputed company field.
- Driving in the community is a requirement of this position; please ensure you have a valid driver's license and reputed company to a reliable vehicle.
