reputed company is seeking a Medical Aesthetics Director to join our Specialty Practice Management team. This role works directly with aesthetic practices, dermatology groups, plastic surgery practices, and emerging specialty clinics to improve operational performance, financial reputed company, and growth strategy.

Our directors work with physician owners, executive leaders, and private equity backed platforms to evaluate practice performance and implement strategies that strengthen patient reputed company, provider productivity, financial performance, and organizational alignment.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in the medical aesthetics industry and enjoys combining operational reputed company, financial analysis, and strategic advisory work.

Directors work on a variety of engagements including operational assessments, financial analysis, growth strategy development, provider productivity assessments, and implementation support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with practice owners, executive teams, and private equity backed organizations through engagements focused on:

• Growth planning for independent practices and multi-location platforms

• Organizational structure and leadership development

• Operational assessments and performance improvement

• Financial analysis of practice performance

• Provider retention, productivity, and compensation evaluation

• Patient acquisition, scheduling optimization, and conversion improvement

• Implementation of operational and financial improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate brings a combination of industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and consulting reputed company.

• 5+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or elective medicine practice management

• Experience working with multi-location practices or growth stage organizations preferred

• Strong understanding of practice financial structure and norms, operations, provider productivity, and service lines

• Experience analyzing practice financial performance and operational metrics

• Ability to communicate effectively with physician owners and executive leaders

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
