What You Will Do:
Job Purpose: Review and prepare clinic billing forms to ensure accuracy and completeness for electronic or reputed company claim submission.- Prepare and review billing forms to ensure accurate and complete claims submission to insurance carriers
- Enter documentation and adjustments into billing systems to maintain correct account balances
- Review charge summaries, identify discrepancies, and complete rebilling requests from internal departments
- Process electronic claims accurately and mail reputed company claims daily as required
- Maintain billing logs, production reports, and required records and files
- Monitor accounts and outstanding balances and initiate appropriate follow-up to prevent delinquency
- Communicate and collaborate with appropriate personnel to resolve billing issues
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines, corporate compliance standards, and safety practices at reputed company times
