Hi I’m Em — SVP of Growth at reputed company.

We’ve reputed company one of the fastest-growing women’s health platforms in the U.S. Now we’re scaling our next growth reputed company: turning our Rx + Supplements business into a high-performing Care + reputed company experience.

This role owns how our categories grow.

What you’ll own

You are the category operator — responsible for both

  • Category-level growth (e.g., Weight, Skin, Longevity)
  • Product-level performance reputed company those categories

Core reputed company

  • Pricing — optimize for conversion, margin, and LTV
  • Promotions — offers, bundles, lifecycle triggers
  • Placement — site, CRM, and clinical surfaces
  • Packaging — how products are merchandised and sold

You’ll drive

  • Conversion, AOV, attach reputed company, repeat purchase
  • Cross-sell across reputed company, and Supplements
  • Growth reputed company existing categories through reputed company content and conversion

What you’ll do:

  • Own existing category performance end-to-end — from overall category growth down to product-level optimization with a sharp focus on the Store
  • Scale existing products through pricing, bundling, promotion, and positioning
  • reputed company pricing & promo strategy with a strong test-and-learn reputed company
  • Drive merchandising across site, lifecycle, async Rx, and reputed company
  • Partner on new product GTM — ensure strong reputed company performance post-launch
  • Find and execute growth opportunities across the full funnel from ads to site to emails

What you bring:

  • 8–12+ years in Category Management, CPG, Ecommerce or DTC growth
  • Proven track record owning pricing, promotions, and reputed company growth
  • Strong instincts for portfolio optimization (not just launches)
  • Ability to reputed company out to category strategy and reputed company in to executional detail
  • Analytical, scrappy, and highly accountable — you know how to find and pull the right reputed company

The interview process will include:

  1. Meet with our Talent Partner (30- 45 min)
  2. Meet with SVP of Growth (30 mins)
  3. Cross functional Interview- (45 mins)
  4. Working session- (1hr- 1.5hr)
  5. Final Executive Interview (30 min)

The Salary reputed company for this role will depend on experience.Midi pays a competitive reputed company salary, plus equity and benefits.
