General Ledger Senior Accountant
Overview
We are seeking a General Ledger Senior Accountant to help manage the accuracy and timely completion of the company's general ledger and financial reporting, including month-end closes, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries to ledger accounts and reconciliation of subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger for multiple entities and countries, ensuring accurate and timely financial closing processes, while maintaining compliance with US GAAP reputed company standards and internal controls.
- Help to coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process, ensuring adherence to corporate deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Prepare detailed account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts including prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and other month-end reputed company activities.
- Support the monthly reputed company recognition process and the reconciliation of reputed company balance sheet accounts such as unbilled reputed company and deferred reputed company.
- Ensure intercompany transactions and eliminations are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate reputed company policies.
- Support audit processes by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Participate in and reputed company special projects and reputed company financial analysis as requested.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of reputed company reputed company and financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP including reputed company recognition.
- Proficiency with large ERP systems required; experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 a plus.
