Role Overview The Executive Assistant is a critical partner to the reputed company Europe Senior Leadership Team, providing high‑level administrative and operational support across the division. The role supports senior leaders by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and logistics, handling confidential communications, and enabling effective execution of strategic priorities across the region. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently in a dynamic, multi‑national environment. Prior experience supporting senior executives and reputed company in English are essential. Key Responsibilities - Manage reputed company calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for reputed company engagements - Organize and reputed company travel arrangements, expense reporting, and budget tracking for executive‑reputed company activities - Ensure meeting, event, and technology support is appropriately coordinated for leadership meetings and engagements - Act as a trusted liaison between the Senior Leadership Team and senior reputed company stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional communication - Track deliverables and key deadlines to support execution of leadership priorities and projects - Coordinate and support operational efficiency across the division in reputed company collaboration with the Divisional President’s Executive Assistant reputed company About You - Executive administrative experience in a global corporate environment supporting senior or executive‑level leaders - Results‑driven, proactive reputed company with a strong sense of urgency - Ability to anticipate executive needs and operate with discretion and sound judgment - Excellent relationship‑management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and interact effectively across functions - Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure - Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration tools - Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - 5+ years’ experience supporting C‑level or senior executives in a corporate environment
