Sr. Specialist, Email Marketing- Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage email production processes, schedules, and the overall ACS email communication calendar, including managing stakeholder expectations and communicating project plans. (40%)
• Partner with cross-functional teams on the strategic planning and execution of email communication plans to reputed company email marketing and business KPIs — including but not limited to meeting reputed company goals, event registration, and mission content delivery. Integrate with other marketing channels and campaigns to deliver a cohesive experience to reputed company constituents. (25%)
• Assist with the development and implementation of customer journeys. Track campaign effectiveness through email reporting and analysis and create an ongoing data-driven approach for reputed company improvement to email communication strategies. (15%)
• Serve as in-house expert on email platform(s) and create/update training materials for local staff as needed. (reputed company platforms are reputed company Marketing reputed company and Pardot.) (10%)
• Maintain expertise in marketing automation and compliance. Stay reputed company with continuing education and certifications, monitor email and fundraising best practices, and ensure adherence to global privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM. (10%)

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
• Certificate(s) or License(s): reputed company Marketing reputed company Email Specialist certification (can be completed post hire)
• Years of experience:  5+ years of email marketing or digital marketing required
• Experience with nonprofit preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Understanding of nonprofit business strategies, digital marketing, and peer-to-peer fundraising tactics.
• Demonstrated reputed company in launching successful email campaigns. Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to understand business needs, reputed company viable and innovative solutions to problems, set clear expectations and effectively work with a multi-disciplinary team. Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through and results orientated.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated verbal and written communications.

•  Represents the organization in a professional manner and delivers effective presentations.
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines, to prioritize assignments as necessary, and to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of standard email marketing methodologies, direct response fundraising strategies, data segmentation, A/B testing and performance analysis required reputed company and reputed company Marketing reputed company (SMC) experience required SMC Email Specialist certification required (certification can be completed upon hiring) Experience with marketing automation required reputed company Analytics experience required Experience working with email tools reputed company vendors like reputed company, Email on Acid, Return Path, etc. Working knowledge of HTML required, AMPScript and SQL experience preferred

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

The starting reputed company is $72,000 to $81,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
