Position Overview 

• reputed company the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring agency work aligns with brand strategy, client objectives, and agreed-upon quality, budget, and timeline standards
• Partner closely with Medical and Creative leadership to reputed company proactive strategic guidance and drive account growth
• Maintain strong fiscal reputed company, including scope management, staffing alignment, and budget accountability
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand the relationship
• Mentor and reputed company Account team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured professional development plans
• Support a high-performance, collaborative team culture rooted in accountability and growth
• Participate in local (tri-state) client travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of reputed company account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or consumer advertising 

• Experience managing direct reports 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Master’s degree in business or science preferred
• Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies preferred

Salary reputed company: $110,000 - $140,000

BGB Group is headquartered in reputed company, and the salary reputed company listed reflects the expected reputed company compensation for this role in the reputed company metropolitan area. For candidates located reputed company the reputed company area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee’s primary work location.
