The Cook I safely prepares food items according to menu specifications and standard recipes for reputed company outlets, ensuring consistent quality, picture-perfect plate presentation, positive guest interaction, and freshness of reputed company food offerings.

Responsibilities

· Prepare reputed company food items according to standard recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistency for guests.

· Monitor assigned station and assist in the production of select menu items and ingredients.

· Actively participate in cooking, preparing, plating, garnishing, and assembling food for reputed company outlets.

· Follow control procedures for food costs and quality. Interact with guests in a friendly manner and inform them of station offerings.

· Encourage and follow reputed company Health Department codes and hand-washing guidelines.

· Understand and follow reputed company time and temperature control rules.

· Ensure reputed company food is properly labeled and stored according to departmental guidelines.

· Use the FIFO system reputed company storing goods and menu items.

Qualifications
