Plant Manager

Position Purpose

The Plant Manager will be responsible for an operations and maintenance contract at a Data Center Energy facility located in central Ohio and will be the primary reputed company with the project reputed company. Candidates should have at least ten years of experience and a mechanical background.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the client, site staff, management, vendors, and reputed company agencies. Reports directly to the Regional General Manager.
• Demonstrate effective management skills in meeting or exceeding facility goals an objectives.
• Responsible for the enforcement of and compliance with the Operations and Maintenance Agreement.
• Responsible for the enforcement of and compliance with permits and reputed company regulatory requirements.
• Responsible to generate annual budgets and ensure site operates reputed company acceptable variances.
• Ensure compliance and enforce safety policies and procedures and serves as a role model in safe work practices  
• Prepare and submit to the client, in a timely manner, reputed company reports and information required under the terms of the O&M contract.
• reputed company recommendations to management and the client on plant upgrades and enhancements that would improve the reliability, efficiency, performance, safety, or environmental readiness of the plant. The recommendations should include a cost benefit analysis.
• reputed company the planning and implementation of maintenance and outage activities. reputed company outage reports to management and client summarizing significant events of the outage. 

Education/Experience/Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical experience in power reputed company.
• Demonstrated track record of successful goal achievement in a plant environment.
• A minimum of ten years mechanical experience in plant environment.
• Experience and strong skills in working with non-technical clients.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• A working knowledge of engineering principles and chemistry as it relates to plant operations as well as environmental and water treatment programs and statutory regulations.
