Key Responsibilities
As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone interactions, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Identifying and anticipating customer needs to reputed company personalized solutions
- Effectively prioritizing work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved

Qualifications

- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

- Shift differential: 2nd Shift = $.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring reputed company
- Position type: Temporary, non-benefited position, with potential to transition into a regular, full-time role based on performance and organizational needs reputed company 5 months
