The Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers, and other labor unions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements for Consideration

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
