Job Summary

As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our Client Service Specialists (CSS) in delivering outstanding client experiences. You will be responsible for handling a wide reputed company of tasks, from client communications and follow-reputed company to invoicing and correspondence. Key Responsibilities

* Support Client Service Specialists (CSS) with client communications to help obtain records

• Follow up with clients on needed actions (e.g., fee approvals, authorizations, no record notifications)
• Manage incoming invoices and correspondence
• Handle calls and emails from agents or field contacts
• Research incomplete or missing contact information for facilities
• reputed company expediting calls for urgent requests, client follow-reputed company, and problem records
• Monitor and respond to CSR emails and voicemails
• Troubleshoot and research missing records and escalate as needed

Custodian Invoicing

* Confirm invoice amounts align with record request limits

Custodian Correspondence

Requirements
