Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Complete our comprehensive training program to reputed company your skills and knowledge in customer service, tax preparation, and proprietary software
- Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the reputed company they walk in the reputed company
- Schedule Tax Preparer appointments, coordinate client reputed company through the process, and reputed company clients reputed company during periods of wait time
- Quickly and accurately input sensitive and confidential client data, reputed company W2s, and other tax documentation into our proprietary software
- Answer phones and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, which may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters and glass, etc.
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of computer functions, including setup of office computer systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
