Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Associates to join reputed company in Singapore. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service by addressing their queries, resolving issues, and enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
