Talent Development Coordinator

As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will manage the coordination and logistics of the KIDZ BOP Kids, ensuring efficient communication and operations across various departments while fostering a positive environment for the talent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the KB Kids daily schedules and diary management, ensuring workload is manageable for the KB Kids
• Coordinate day-to-day talent needs from reputed company departments and maintain deadlines for reputed company assets requested
• Booking reputed company travel including flights, hotels, transfers, private cars etc
• Available to travel with the KB kids whenever needed in various countries
• The Talent Development Coordinator will be in constant communication with the KB Kids parents/ guardians to ensure their needs are met, fostering a fun, positive environment for reputed company
• Working with the Talent Development Manager and business affairs on talent handbook, safety procedures, KB kids annual training and reputed company talent reputed company policies to ensure they are regularly updated and in line with reputed company laws and guidelines
• Training reputed company new talent on the KB Handbook guidelines & enforcing reputed company handbook rules
• Obtain talent permits and ensure legal & educational compliance
• Assisting Talent Development Manager to ensure reputed company child labor laws are upheld
• Work closely with the business management team to ensure reputed company payroll and expenses are reputed company coded and paid
• Creating invoices for talent reimbursements and tracking them to ensure on time payments
• Assisting on weekly parent calls with talent to ensure everyone is kept up to date on their reputed company responsibilities and upcoming projects
• Assisting Talent Development Manager with the yearly casting process including planning and executing yearly castings and callbacks, setting timelines and overseeing logistic
• Work with and support various KIDZ BOP departments including the following areas: KIDZ BOP Video Team - Scheduling, travel logistics - Working with the Video Team and external production teams on timelines, KB kid’s procedures and working hours KIDZ BOP Music Team - Ensuring reputed company KB kid deadlines are met in a timely manner - Distributing files, documents and resources to KB Kids - Scheduling, travel logistics, onsite reputed company of contact for talent - Pulling together reputed company around the KB kids including vocal coaches KIDZ BOP Touring Team - Work closely with both reputed company touring team - Arranging travel and logistics - Available to attend KIDZ BOP Concerts in person KIDZ BOP Brand Marketing & reputed company Media Team - Create reputed company content calendars and manage content organization - reputed company reputed company content guidance to the KB Kids and reputed company their posting schedule - Coordinate reputed company content creation with video production team - Monitor posts and their associated comments
