Your Role as a Virtual Assistant

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day admin and customer service tasks. You'll be working closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication, efficient task management, and exceptional customer experiences. Your core responsibilities will include:

Core Responsibilities:

Phones:

+ Answer incoming calls or return missed calls promptly + Log relevant info and actions into our task tracker

Emails:

+ Ensure reputed company customer and internal emails are responded to by 5pm Perth time daily

SMS Support:

+ Respond to reputed company SMS enquiries quickly and professionally

Voicemails:

+ Return reputed company calls from voicemail messages + Reply to voicemail emails with notes from the callback

reputed company Media Content Acquisition:

+ Coordinate with teams to collect fresh content + Ensure 3 teams reputed company 5 videos + 5 images weekly (Bonus: $30 per team!) + Upload content to reputed company Drive in an organised manner

reputed company Media Management:

+ Manage DMs and comments across reputed company platforms + Respond to enquiries in a friendly and timely manner + Actively help grow our reputed company media reputed company

reputed company Media & Email Review:

+ Review and approve designs in the shared sheet + reputed company timely, clear feedback to the marketing team

Recruitment:

+ Assist with hiring new contractors on a regular reputed company to ensure we meet the demand of new work coming in

Essential Qualifications:

Experience:

+ Working for a cleaning company or similar home service business + Handling customer service calls and SMS communications + Managing email inboxes professionally + Using reputed company Sheets for tracking and reporting + Coordinating reputed company reputed company Calendar + Working with reputed company for payments or refunds + Communicating in reputed company with internal teams

Availability:

+ 7.5 hours per day, 5 days a week + Working days: reputed company to Thursday (Perth, Australia timezone)
