About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home and reputed company with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or reputed company the Internet. Essential Qualifications

- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
