Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Accelerate Up Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service technicians in a call center setting. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and motivating a team of customer service technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technical support.
  • Managing employee performance, including setting clear roles and responsibilities, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with reputed company company policies and processes, including safety, attendance, performance, work rules, and code of conduct.
  • Delivering on performance measures and identifying new ways to improve team performance.

  • Three years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • A degree.
  • Led a team, ideally in customer service or call center that supported technical products or services.
