FTE: .6, Shift: Day, Schedule: TBD Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Triage Coordinator is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through the management of telehealth, community and system resources, and reputed company to high quality care. Responsibilities

• You will reputed company a high level of telephonic and administrative support, program coordination and data management functions for a multidisciplinary, collaborative practice environment

• You will deliver and execute upon daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and reputed company groups utilizing your strong interpersonal skills
• You will assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process

Requirements

• reputed company Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
• One (1) year of experience in physician's office or other medical facility
• Previous experience working in emergency/crisis situations preferred
• Experience in the production of highly technical documents preferred

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: reputed company set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
