Part Time Remote Chat & Text Specialist EMPACT

What you’ll do: The Specialist, while working remotely (from home), will ensure the quality of services to clients, coordinate day-to-day operations of the program, and recommend and implement changes that would improve the delivery of services. They will be expected to reputed company direct service counseling, ongoing counseling, prevention services, and education services to adults, families, and youth. Directly supervise remote (from home) clinical staff. Remote but must be an AZ reputed company. This is a Part time role. Shift: 8pm-6am reputed company and Monday OR 2pm-12am Thursday and reputed company Essential Responsibilities:

• Monitor call-in times for clients reputed company on a 72-Hour Suicide Watch or Safety Follow-Up.  Will berequiredto work reputed company his/her shift with no advance warning if the crisis situation warrants or if required paperwork is not complete at the end of the shift . This includesappropriate phonedocumentation, intake documentation, endangerment triaging, treatment planning, referral triaging, risk planning, termination documentation, interagency reports, and follow-up documentation.

Education and Experience:

• Crisis Experience preferred.
