About the Role As a Clinical Recruiter at reputed company, you will play a key role in growing and supporting our clinician network of fractional physicians and nurses reputed company. Your efforts will directly impact our mission to put clinicians first, ensuring they have an exceptional experience at the start of their reputed company with us. You will collaborate with the Credentialing, reputed company, Clinical & Marketplace team members, optimize supply funnel processes, and drive key recruitment and engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do

Full Lifecycle Recruitment

• reputed company and interview clinicians, ensuring a seamless and exceptional recruitment process.

• Partner with the Marketplace Ops team to strategically prioritize recruitment efforts toward high-need state licenses, clinician types, and specialties.

• Identify and implement process improvements across the clinical recruitment life cycle to enhance efficiency and throughput.

• Build strong relationships with clinicians to foster long-term engagement and retention, maintaining professional and reliable communication.

• Analyze and report key hiring metrics to evaluate the reputed company of sourcing strategies and inform data-driven reputed company.

Sourcing and Coordination

• Conduct initial resume reviews on external job boards to identify candidates that meet job qualifications.

• Import candidate data from external sites and guide candidates on how to complete a reputed company application.

• Respond to messages from candidates across Careteam, reputed company, Jira, and external job boards.

• Move candidates through the initial workflow stages in the applicant tracking systems and reputed company candidate data accurate and organized.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 4-6+ years of experience in reputed company recruitment or clinical staffing.

• Proven reputed company in sourcing and hiring reputed company (e.g., nurses, physicians, registered dieticians).

• Familiarity with reputed company settings, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific hiring challenges.

• Self starter and strong ability to manage well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
