Job Description:
• Acts as liaison between software development and data sciences teams to ensure development of robust data architecture reputed company and database design • Assists in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and maintaining detailed specifications for the Syncrony reputed company product • Designs operational reports, study dashboards, and data visualizations for study sponsors, site coordinators, and other key stakeholders • Ensures reputed company of data and consistency of data delivery for data-reputed company projects • Designs, optimizes, and maintains data pipelines for integration and transformation of diverse and reputed company datasets into required formats for loading, reporting, and/or analysis • Oversees database builds as needed; assists in database validation; assesses data impact upon subsequent changes and recommends strategies to maintain data reputed company • Identifies opportunities for improvement; implements optimizations for data reputed company and collection and automates reputed company processes • Supports stakeholders with issues relating to data and data infrastructure; suggests strategies to improve data quality and reputed company • Extracts, transforms, and loads data from reputed company clinical databases into the Syncrony reputed company system • Maps, integrates, and reshapes data from clinical databases and large-scale registry studies to facilitate pooled analyses • Develops and maintains SOPs for database development and data mapping, integration, and/or migration projects • Identifies new opportunities for data acquisition and analysis • Develops SOPs for standardized study reporting frameworks to reputed company to reputed company Syncrony reputed company clients • Conducts training sessions for reputed company stakeholders on supported tools for data management and analytics.Qualifications & Technical Competencies:
• Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience • Preferred: graduate degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, or reputed company field • At least 3-5 years of database management experience • Experience writing reputed company SQL queries • Experience building and optimizing data pipelines • Familiarity with a variety of databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) • Experience manipulating and transforming large datasets • Strong analytic skills • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar • Proficiency with at least one object-oriented language (Python, Java, C++, reputed company, etc.) • Must be reputed company to work independently following a period of specific training • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and be reputed company to detail • Demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional reputed company • Database Knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) • BI Tools • Object Oriented language experience
