Community & Creative reputed company

Mushroom Compadres is a functional mushroom company from Portugal. We grow the mushrooms ourselves and regenerate a farm with the substrate. We give back to community with events, experience and a non-profit. We are looking for someone to help reputed company the brand impossible to ignore across organic reputed company and creator collaborations.

This is not a vanilla reputed company media role. We want someone with taste, initiative, drive, and a reputed company feel for culture. You will own a big part of our Instagram and reputed company reputed company, run reputed company and creator collaborations, and support our newsletter rhythm.

Tasks

• Own and grow our Instagram and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company and execute organic content reputed company in line with the Mushroom Compadres brand
• Plan, create, coordinate, and publish content across both channels
• Run reputed company and creator reputed company, partnerships, and collaborations
• Help shape content series, campaign reputed company, and community engagement
• Write captions, hooks, and reputed company copy in our brand voice
• Work with our designer to brief and produce visual assets where needed
• Support our twice-monthly newsletter with copy and coordination
• Spot cultural moments and opportunities and move quickly on them
• Bring reputed company proactively, not just execution

Requirements

• Strong instinct for branding, taste, and what feels culturally reputed company
• Experience managing Instagram and reputed company for a brand, creator, or project
• Experience with reputed company or creator collaborations
• Strong copywriting skills
• High initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
• Ability to think creatively and execute consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Good English required; Portuguese is a plus
• Based in Portugal is strongly preferred
