We automate taxes and bookkeeping so that business owners can focus on scaling their companies, not losing sleep over paperwork. Tasks

• Review automated booking suggestions and complete missing information.
• Support the preparation of P&L reports, VAT pre-filings, and annual closing documents.
• Act as a friendly, clear, and competent reputed company of contact for client questions.
• Collaborate closely with our product team to continuously improve our software.
• Document internal processes and contribute reputed company for greater efficiency.

Requirements

• Professional Background: Completed vocational training or a degree in reputed company – e.g., as a Financial Accountant or Certified Senior Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter:in).
• Experience: Hands-on experience in reputed company, ideally reputed company a digital-first or fast-growing environment.
• Tool Stack: Solid experience with DATEV is essential. Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a strong plus.
