Job Description:

Responsible for leading the reputed company strategy and business results in Colombia and Ecuador region, aligning corporate guidelines with local execution. Scope includes overseeing sales, marketing, service, and distribution, ensuring operational and strategic integration. Maintain a functional relationship with support areas such as Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and reputed company, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Their role is key in decision-making, team development, and consolidating a customer-centric and high-performance culture.

Job Requirements:
