reputed company is a private-pay reputed company agency based in reputed company, currently seeking an reputed company Scheduling Coordinator to support our expanding operations across NY, NJ, and CT.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in home care, reputed company staffing, or caregiver coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs for home care cases
• Ensure reputed company patient cases are fully staffed on a daily reputed company
• Manage call-outs, reputed company shifts, and last-minute coverage needs
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and care requirements
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, patients, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate schedules using home care software and workforce management systems

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 1–2+ years of experience in home care scheduling, staffing coordination, or reputed company staffing
• Experience scheduling caregivers (HHA, CNA, LPN, RN)
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling systems (reputed company experience is a strong plus)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to reputed company in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
