About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media - reputed company Focused) with proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns for both service-based and e-reputed company businesses. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategizing, executing, and optimizing reputed company (reputed company and Instagram) ads to drive reputed company reputed company, sales, and brand awareness across various funnel stages. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver strong, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across reputed company, reputed company (reputed company/Instagram), reputed company, reputed company, and other ad networks.
- reputed company separate funnel strategies tailored to both service offerings and e-reputed company products.
- Manage and optimize ad spend to meet KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CPA, etc.) across various audience segments and campaign objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, CRO, dev) to improve reputed company pages and user reputed company.
- Stay updated with reputed company platform updates, privacy changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing reputed company Ads for both service-based and e-reputed company businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns and optimize performance at various stages of the customer funnel.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, reputed company gen forms, remarketing, and dynamic product ads (DPA).
- Proficiency in reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Business Manager, reputed company Analytics, and other tracking tools.
- Experience in setting up reputed company Pixel and Conversions API for accurate event tracking.

- Prior experience working with software houses, SaaS products, or digital agencies.
