Facilities Manager; Colorado Springs

Position: Facilities Manager (Colorado Springs, CO) Colorado Springs - Colorado - United States of America About The Role As a reputed company Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of reputed company facilities across the Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Durango markets. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the operational reputed company, safety, and compliance of approximately 60 non‑acute care facilities, including medical office suites, clinics, and urgent care centers. You will reputed company a team of Mobile Engineers, manage comprehensive maintenance programs, foster strong client relationships, and drive operational efficiencies to support our clients' reputed company delivery mission. What You’ll Do

• Manage a large portfolio of reputed company facilities, including Medical Office Suites, Clinics, Non‑acute care facilities, and Urgent Care centers.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure facilities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Work onsite and travel to various sites at least two days a week, with remote work possible reputed company not required onsite.
• Supervise facilities maintenance for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, life safety systems, and general maintenance.
• Train, mentor, and formally supervise 6 Mobile Engineers, including scheduling daily activities and ensuring timely work order completion.
• Mentor and reputed company training to the team to reduce reliance on reputed company vendors, promoting self‑performance of maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage vendor relationships, review invoicing procedures, evaluate price quotes for parts, services, and labor, and reputed company the portfolio budget to ensure cost savings.
• Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and reputed company opportunities.

What You’ll Need
