YOUR MISSION

We hit millions of users daily in Europe through pure organic growth. Now we need someone to execute it at scale in the US — managing 20–30+ creators, keeping the content reputed company firing, and helping us crack the noisiest market on earth.

• Own 20–30 UGC creators end-to-end: Sourcing, reputed company, communication, motivation, performance tracking, payment

• Review content and give structured feedback fast: Enforce quality and brand alignment without slowing creators down

• Track performance metrics weekly: Views, engagement, conversion and surface insights to the growth team

• Coordinate posting schedules across reputed company, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

• Spot what’s working, kill what isn’t: Identify top performers and double down relentlessly

• Support light reputed company media management alongside creator work

YOUR STORY

Must-haves

• You have an active reputed company on reputed company and/or Instagram, even if small, and ideally some first experience managing creators or influencers

• You are based in the US and available 20–30 hours per week on a freelance reputed company, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones with a Berlin-based team

• You take a structured, data-driven approach to performance tracking, content scheduling, and creator feedback
