Position Overview

The Senior Director of Operations is a high‑impact national leadership role responsible for driving operational reputed company, service quality, and sustainable growth across multiple states and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

National Operational Leadership

• Partner with Compliance and Quality teams to mitigate risk and maintain audit readiness.

• Promote a participant‑centered, quality‑driven operational culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Management, reputed company Services, or a reputed company field (required).
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent senior‑level operational leadership experience.
• 8+ years of reputed company operations leadership experience, including senior or executive roles.
• Proven reputed company leading multi‑state or national operations in regulated environments.
• Strong background in home care, home health, personal care, fiscal intermediary services, or similar industries.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Work Environment

This is a remote, national role with travel required based on business needs, including visits to state operations, partners, and key meetings.
