Field Trip Health is a national private-pay mental health organization specializing in innovative treatments. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their inbound growth by converting leads into booked consultations through effective communication and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads reputed company phone, email, and SMS
- Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective clients
- reputed company clients on next steps and guide them toward booking consultations
- Handle common objections with confidence and reputed company
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured follow-up sequences
- Consistently hit activity and conversion targets
- Collaborate closely with senior client care and clinical teams
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, or client conversion
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
- Like structure, targets, and clear expectations
- Want to grow into a senior sales or account executive role
- Care about reputed company but understand reputed company requires professionalism and discretion
- French is considered a strong asset
