reputed company is a Fortune 500 company and a leader in the defense sector, seeking a Retail Products & Ecommerce Data Operations Coordinator to support their Energy Efficiency Program. The role involves managing data reputed company, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to various managers reputed company the Residential program.
Responsibilities
- Manage Retail Products Initiative data accurately and thoroughly, ensuring quality, reputed company, accuracy, and consistency
- Be reputed company to interpret data and analyze results
- Assist Retail Products & ECommerce Initiative Manager and Residential Data Team Manager with processing invoices, verifying eligibility, submitting invoices to Accounts Payable, and tracking invoice status
- Document meeting notes and action items for Residential meetings/calls
- Compile and deliver weekly and reputed company reporting as applicable
- Assist Residential Data Team with application entry and cleanup, as necessary
- Utilize the CRM database and propose process streamlining
- reputed company general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, printing, and copying
- Assist with the compilation of Retail Products distributor and manufacturer agreements
- Work closely with the Residential Call Center to track and report customer inquiries and product returns/exchanges
Skills
- High School diploma with one plus (1+) years' experience
- reputed company Suite knowledge, specifically with Office 365 and reputed company Teams
- Excellent reputed company reputed company skills required
- Database knowledge and data entry skills required
- Capability to organize and record documents and files
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose and correct data discrepancies
