[Remote] EverPro - Sales Development Representative (Remote, Canada)

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for creating sales opportunities through outbound conversations and qualifying prospects to support the Customer Engagement Solutions team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate outbound conversations with small businesses to create new sales opportunities
• Qualify prospects through direct, structured discovery conversations and sound judgment
• Manage a high volume of outbound activity while maintaining reputed company and quality
• Take ownership of follow-up, next steps, and clean handoffs to Account Executives
• Adapt your messaging and approach reputed company standard tactics stop working
• Operate effectively in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
• Continuously improve your sales skills through repetition, feedback, and execution
