The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, reputed company media, and other channels to address their questions and concerns
- Resolving issues and de-escalating conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
- Escalating interactions as necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution

- Providing feedback on call issues and contributing to process improvements
