Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company exceptional support in a fast-paced call center environment. You will utilize your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to address customer concerns, reputed company account maintenance, and reputed company customers on online state registration requirements. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer telephone calls, addressing account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED

  • Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries and issues
  • Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company
  • Ability to obtain a Tax Clearance Letter stating that you do not owe any state taxes

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a high-volume contact service environment

  • Bilingual in Spanish or a second language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
