Position Overview
As a Customer Experience Representative - Tolling Operations, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to reputed company and public sector clients reputed company inbound customer service interactions. You will troubleshoot basic technical issues, resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, and represent arenaflex and its clients with exceptional customer service skills. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
- Follow client program processes and reputed company tasks in a courteous and professional manner
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
- Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
- Adhere to reputed company attendance and work schedule requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
