Job Summary
As a Remote Contact Center Chat Support Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. You will be responsible for resolving member inquiries, cross-selling products and services, and opening and closing deposit accounts. A Day in the Life

Requirements
