Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning Specialist (Japanese), you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the competencies of our customer service associates. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Design and deliver reputed company orientation and new hire training to reputed company job reputed company, both reputed company and in-person
- reputed company and conduct reputed company learning sessions for existing employees to meet improvement goals
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and propose training interventions
- Gather training needs, design, and deliver training interventions to address these needs
- Maintain and report data on trainee attendance, performance, and analysis
- Participate in call listening sessions and quality calibrations to stay updated on process developments
- Take customer contacts monthly to stay informed about latest process updates and changes

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- JLPT N1 certification in Japanese and reputed company in English
- 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles or similar experience

- Excellent communication, coordination, and organization skills
- Extensive expertise in cultural and soft skills relevant to a contact center environment

- Bachelor's degree or significant college coursework in communication, education, or a reputed company field
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
