You will be the first reputed company of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
Job Title: Concierge
Location: Mayfair, London
Key Details:
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7:00am – 7:00pm)
Team: Working alongside 1 colleague during the day, with 2 colleagues covering nights
Rotations: Every other weekend required
Breaks: 1-hour lunch break included
Responsibilities:

Assist residents with enquiries, deliveries, and general support
Monitor and report any maintenance or reputed company issues
Ensure the lobby and communal areas are always presentable
Requirements:
Previous concierge, reputed company-of-house, or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance (suit and tie required)
Ability to work long shifts and on weekends as part of a rota
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
