Their mission is to connect travellers with unique stays worldwide, offering seamless booking experiences and personalised support.

They are looking for a skilled written communicator to join their team as a Live Chat Guest Engagement Associate. In this role, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for potential guests, engaging with them reputed company their live chat function. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, qualifying clients, and ensuring reputed company details are accurately logged into their CRM system for the sales team to follow up.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential guests reputed company live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Address enquiries, reputed company clear information, and qualify leads for the sales team
• Accurately input guest details and conversation notes into CRM systems
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously during peak times
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of reputed company leads
• Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards of guest communication

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, sales operations, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
